1. Bookings & Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you have received written confirmation from CharterSXM and a deposit has been received.

2. Deposits & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your charter date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the charter departure date.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the charter departure are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions as determined by the captain, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their group on board. CharterSXM and the captain reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a charter if the safety of the vessel, crew, or guests is at risk. Guests must follow all instructions from the captain at all times.

5. Liability

CharterSXM carries full marine liability insurance and passenger coverage. We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during a charter. Guests participate in water activities at their own risk.

6. International Travel

For charters that cross international borders (such as trips to Anguilla or St. Barths), guests are responsible for carrying a valid passport and paying any applicable entry or departure fees. CharterSXM assists with customs paperwork but is not responsible for denied entry.
